On the big person scale she weighs about 21lbs. That's the difference between me on the scale with and without her. For some reason she is scared of the scale.
Meghan tried to measure her height the other day and pulled out a tape measure. Initially Sydney tried to grab the end of it but after Meghan extended it she was pretty sure she wanted no part of whatever we were going to do and essentially ran from it. Later to measure her, I stood next to her, marked a spot on my leg, and then measured from there down. She's 29" tall right now.
Why is Sydney afraid of the scale and tape measure? We will probably never know.
