All Things Sydney - Locked?

When you click into "All Things Sydney", you will see the word "Locked" at he bottom where you would expect to see "NewTopic".
That doesn't mean the board is locked. It just means you can't post messages at this level. If you click into either of the two subforums inside "All Things Sydney", you can post messages there. We set it up this way because it looked very weird to have posts and sub forums in the same screen.
